FAQ's

The studio is located at 480 Boulevard Harwood, Second floor, suite #3, Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Payment: Full payment is required upon registration in order to reserve your spot in the art class or workshop. Payment is made through PayPal, and we also accept debit cards, credit cards and cash (when registering during an open house or in person). 

If you are interested in purchasing a class or workshop for a friend or grandchild or other, we would be happy to oblige! Please select the course you want to gift, check the box indicated “Gifting a Class” add the recipient’s name and email where indicated. Once you have successfully completed checkout, the recipient will then be sent a welcome email, to notify them of their gift from you! They will also receive instructions on how to access the information of the class or workshop.

Cancellation policy for Workshops and Classes: Should you need withdraw from a workshop or class a credit will be issued to your account.

Cancellation by the Art Studio: If the class or workshop does not meet the required minimum amount of participants,  the class may be cancelled, in which case you will be fully refunded. If a class must be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as heavy winter storm, or illness on the teacher’s behalf, a replacement class will be added at the end of the session.  Workshops will be rescheduled.

 

 

Cell phones and noise levels: Participants must turn their cell phones to ‘silent’ and limit their use for break-time in order to not disrupt others' creative process.  If you are referencing material from your cell phones for art projects, you may use them. Wi-Fi will be available. 

Studio equipment: Please be respectful of studio supplies and equipment. Any misuse of studio property or equipment that results in damage is the responsibility of the participant.

Studio space and cleanliness: In order for all participant to enjoy the studio space, we request your help in keeping it clean.

Photography: Participants or their guardians are responsible to sign a photography release form. Children under 13 are not permitted to take photographs in class. Any photographs taken during class by participants must be done so discretely and with people’s permission. You may photograph your own artwork.   

 

Please note that no spray paints or fixatives are used inside the building anywhere (class or hallway). Pastels requiring spraying will be done so outside of class time.

No toxic solvents, such as turpentine or mineral spirits are to be brought to the studio.  

The use of the apron is mandatory, it is made of a durable material that does not absorb liquid, so it will protect your clothes from splashes and splatters (although please note it is not guaranteed to protect all areas). By booking a class at Enchanted Hour Art Studio, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies and Health and Safety rules.
